Our Story

A Passion for Pasta

From the kitchens of Verona to the heart of Southport — the story of Bottega Della Pasta.

Traditional Italian pasta making by hand

Stefano Sacco

Stefano Sacco, from the historic city of Verona, grew up watching his grandmother transform simple ingredients — flour and water — into extraordinary pasta. That childhood wonder never left him.

Carrying the traditions of authentic Italian pasta-making, Stefano founded Bottega Della Pasta in Southport with a singular mission: to bring the art of authentic Italian fresh pasta to the finest restaurants across the North West of England.
